These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Buckeye Illumination website and your interactions with Buckeye Illumination, operated by Soft Wash Solutions LLC ("Buckeye Illumination," "we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS text messaging program. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Buckeye Illumination provides architectural lighting, landscape lighting, holiday lighting, and related design, installation, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Central Ohio. Requesting a quote or consultation through our website does not obligate you to purchase services, and does not guarantee availability in your area. You must be at least 18 years old to submit our website forms or request services.

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Our website offers two separate SMS opt-ins. You may consent to either, both, or neither, and opting into one does not automatically enroll you in the other:

Non-marketing messages: appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and project updates related to a request you've made.

Marketing messages: promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and service updates.

Age requirement: Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and is not on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers: Most major U.S. carriers are supported. Buckeye Illumination and its messaging platform are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.

3. Requesting a Quote or Consultation

Information submitted through our website forms (including project details and photos) is used to prepare an accurate quote and design plan. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted following an in-person site visit.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, submit false or misleading information, or use the site to transmit harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, photos, and graphics — is the property of Buckeye Illumination / Soft Wash Solutions LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Service Warranty & Liability

Specific warranty terms for installed lighting systems will be provided in your project agreement at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckeye Illumination is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, beyond what is provided in your project agreement.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
